Kinloch
Rannoch is a fantastic location for travelling
spectators situated found 20 miles west of Pitlochry
and 20 miles North West of Aberfeldy. Although
quite remote, Kinloch Rannoch has a vibrant activity
centre and boasts some great hotels and wonderful
restaurants. |

The area
is also a great site for spectators to cheer on
their loved ones. As the cyclists make their way
along the loch, well wishers can cheer them on
their way out towards Bridge of Ericht, and then
enjoy a stroll through the village to watch the

Our Top Tips for spectating on the course:
• Tell your
athlete where you'll be on the course so they
can look for you as well.
• Know the course. Look over the map in
advance so you know what to expect on race day.
Route maps
• Know your athlete's start time & projected
times for each leg of the event. This should give
you a good idea of when they'll arrive at any
point on the course.
• Be careful along the course. Don't get
in the way of athletes & if you need to cross
the course, make sure you're in the clear and
obey the commands of the police and course marshals.
• Have a meeting spot for after the race.
• Remember your essentials: hat, sunscreen,
sunglasses and bottled water.
NB: Please remind spectators that they must respect
the safety of the competitors and they are urged
to always be aware of the race going on around
them.
