Action Medical Research - helping tiny babies

Every year in the UK, around 50,000 babies are born prematurely.  Each and every week, more than 25 babies will die, purely as a result of being born too soon.  Premature birth is a devastating occurrence that affects families up and down the country – yet shockingly, doctors still don’t know why it happens or how to prevent it.

Action Medical Research’s Touching Tiny Lives Campaign believes that research can uncover some of these answers.

By riding the Etape Caledonia for us, you will be helping doctors and researchers tackle premature birth and other pregnancy complications, such as pre-eclampsia.

Any amount raised will be much appreciated but raise £150 and enjoy all these extra benefits at the event:

  • Pasta Party
  • Leg Massage
  • Free entry into a draw to win a Boardman Comp bike worth £600!
  • Hot shower & changing
